Responsibilities

As a Customer Engineer III, Application Modernization, you will be responsible for:

• Working with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and reputed company the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Sharing in-depth enterprise infrastructure and cloud modernization expertise to support the technical relationship with customers, including technology advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, reputed company-of-concept work, and partnering directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to reputed company Cloud.
• Guiding customers through assessments of their existing legacy application environment(s), providing recommendations on a prioritization roadmap for application modernization, and identifying opportunities for migration to hybrid-cloud computing models.
• Structuring and executing prototyping workshops to prove out proposed architectures, developing best practices, and documenting blocking requirements for prioritization with engineering.
• Traveling to customer sites, conferences, and other reputed company events as required, acting as a public reputed company for reputed company Cloud.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture and development methodologies, including modernizing legacy applications and application performance profiling and tuning, in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with architectural design patterns, platform engineering (e.g., Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, image management or repository management), virtualization deployments, container deployments, application reputed company, or networking.
• Experience in, or supporting state or local government clients.
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with developing scalable architectures using API management, microservice frameworks, and PaaS.

• Experience with one or more programming languages.
• Exposure to the software development lifecycle.
