Job Summary
As a remote Call Center Representative, you will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment handling inbound and outbound calls for customers seeking commercial insurance quotes for their small businesses. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building positive relationships, and meeting daily qualitative and quantitative targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls reputed company to small business owners inquiring about commercial insurance needs
- Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of products and services to go off-script reputed company necessary
- Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that reputed company questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately
- Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets, achieving reputed company objectives for service, productivity, and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience providing customer support in a call center environment
- Minimum of 2 years of working remotely
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong experience with technology and proficiency with computers, including reputed company Workplace (formally G Suite), reputed company Chrome, and CRM software
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
