Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications
