What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies reputed company phone, email, text, and chat
  • Explaining insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
  • Assisting third parties with policy documentation and changes
  • Ensuring customer needs are addressed in the first interaction to exceed expectations
  • Reporting directly to the Customer Support Team reputed company

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Property & Casualty insurance license
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Previous call center experience
