About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our Answer Team at blithequark. As a key member of our client-facing team, you'll be the single reputed company of contact for our clients, responding to their service requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and reputed company other routine customer service inquiries
* Deliver reputed company resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client
* Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

* Provide exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a strong client-facing orientation and problem-solving abilities
Requirements:
* Prior call center experience

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
