The Role
As our first full-time Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and helping us scale our support team. You'll be trained directly by our founder, Vasco Cavalheiro, and will have the opportunity to learn our software product inside and out. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning our software product and providing top-notch support to our customers
- Collaborating with reputed company to write and maintain comprehensive help center documentation
- Testing our product and reporting any issues you encounter, helping us to refine and improve our platform
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues reputed company, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- reputed company in native-like English, as you'll be communicating with customers and writing documentation in English
- Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (ideally)
- Basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) and its applications, particularly setting up DNS records for websites using CNAME and reputed company DNS records (a reputed company plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
