Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing and validating brokers' reputed company and licenses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence reputed company to broker status and payments, providing timely and accurate responses to resolve customer inquiries
- Analyzing financial reports to calculate commissions and identify areas for improvement
- Training team members on new software applications and procedures to ensure seamless knowledge transfer

Essential Qualifications
