Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle extensive file review requests and assist in preparation of complaint trend reports
  • Determine medical necessity, applicable coverage provisions, and verify member plan eligibility

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location

  • High school education or GED equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues
