The Role
As a Customer Service Representative on our reputed company program, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls
- Work with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support reputed company

- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn

Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with reputed company Office tools
- Ability to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment with excellent internet connectivity (2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download)
- A smartphone (iOS or Android) with a 4-year-old or newer model to download our app for company communications
