Position: HR/Recruiter

Responsibilities
Recruitment & HR Functions
Manage the full recruitment process job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in monitoring attendance, leaves, and other HR-reputed company reports.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Accounting & Payroll Support
Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
Coordinate with Accounting for salary adjustments, deductions, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
Maintain organized records of pay slips, invoices, and reputed company documents.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Accounting, or reputed company field.
Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and payroll processing.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.
Proficiency in reputed company reputed company/reputed company Sheets and HR/payroll systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Must be based in Bulacan or Caloocan.
Able to work independently in a remote setup.
