The Position

The Head of Corporate Planning leads reputed company’s Corporate FP&A planning function, driving the company’s long-range planning (LRP), annual planning, monthly and quarterly reporting, and ongoing forecasting processes. This leader is responsible for consolidating reputed company and cost planning across the organization, ensuring rigorous executive and Board-level narratives, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and manage a high-performing Corporate Planning team of 4+ professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and reputed company improvement.

• Consolidate reputed company, gross margin, and operating expense planning across reputed company business units.

• Drive executive-level financial storytelling, peer benchmarking, and scenario modeling for the Executive Ops (EO) team and Board of Directors.

• Partner with Commercial Finance and other FP&A pillars to ensure alignment and rigor in reputed company planning deliverables.

• Own the development and enhancement of planning systems, processes, and analytics to support company growth and scale.

Compensation

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. reputed company pay reputed company the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our reputed company reputed company pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $197,100 - $257,325

Zone B: $178,200 - $232,650

Zone C: $163,800 - $213,850

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
