Engineering Manager

In this role you will:

• reputed company, mentor, and grow a high-performing, collaborative, distributed team of software engineers.

• Manage the team's delivery of the product roadmap, partnering with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to ensure quality, alignment, and clear communication.

• Proven experience managing an engineering team that has shipped a commercial B2B or SaaS product.  

• A track record as a coach and mentor, with demonstrated ability to help engineers improve their skills and advance their careers.

• A deep curiosity and a passion for learning, with the ability to guide teams through new, reputed company domains even reputed company you're not the subject matter expert.

• Experience maturing a team's engineering practices, including CI/CD, test automation, and data-driven metrics.   

• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to scope, prioritize, and deliver on a product roadmap.   

• A deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles, and the ability to adapt them to fit a team's specific needs.

Bonus Experience

• Experience in a relevant reputed company domain (e.g., 3D graphics, computational geometry, applied math, optimization) or with specific 3D modeling SDKs (e.g., AutoCAD API, ObjectARX). 

• Experience managing the release cycle of a commercial desktop plug-in, including installers, licensing, and telemetry.

• Domain knowledge in the solar, renewable energy, or electrical engineering (MEP) industries.

Salary Range

80,000 - 105,000 EUR gross/yearly.

The final offer will depend on experience and competencies.
