⭐️ The Key Account Management Team
Our Account Management team’s purpose is to reputed company our key accounts stay and grow with reputed company. We created the team in 2020 and we are now 18. We are looking for amazing people to help us take care of our growing pipe, especially with our reputed company-touch reputed company and large accounts. ⭐ Is it you we’re looking for?
As a Key Account Manager, you will
Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagships companies
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and display a customer-centric approach to identify the main needs and allow our clients to reputed company their goals through reputed company
Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them
Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote reputed company health partner positioning to generate massive adoption by employees and admins
Analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews
Identify and execute out-of-the-reputed company initiatives to engage our existing customers
Be in charge of cross-selling/upselling our portfolio to answer customer needs and pain points
Renegotiate reputed company to guarantee both great value for money to our customers and sustainable profitability

You have at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role including frequent interactions with C-Levels
You are fluent both in French and English

You are analytical and love to solve problems in order to delight our members

You are based in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Dijon or Annecy (this is where most of the team is)
