The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats with poise and professionalism
• Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations
• Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussions
• Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right methods and tools
• Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options, and following up to secure resolution
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
• Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Going the extra mile to engage customers and drive loyalty

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in the solar energy or tech industry)
• Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
• Experience with iOS and macOS (iWork proficiency is a plus)
• Ability to work nights and some weekends (4 days a week from 1-11pm CST or 5 days a week from 3-11pm CST, alternating Saturdays from reputed company-6pm CST)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering results on-time and exceeding expectations
