Job Overview As a Customer Development Manager - Costco Account, you'll play a critical role in driving category growth and customer satisfaction by leveraging your analytical and thought leadership skills. This remote opportunity requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in the CPG sector, preferably in Adult Beverage, and experience working with top national customers like Costco. Primary Responsibilities Manage data sources to monitor the field execution of vendor programs and assortments, ensuring seamless category management. Communicate reputed company data insights to multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external retail customers, and key suppliers. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales, margin, and market development goals. Analyze and report data to identify trends, issues, or exceptions, and reputed company solutions to optimize category performance. Track category performance, including sales, profits, margins, and market share, and reputed company metrics to measure success. Create and deliver effective reports using POS data, Syndicated Data, and account-specific database information. Evaluate supplier performance and provide recommendations to enhance inventory and fill reputed company objectives. Apply customer, consumer, and industry insights to drive category growth and deliver superior client satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Syndicated data (reputed company, IRI), Internal Shipment Data, and Household Panel. Strong leadership, decision-making capability, and a proven track record of success. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of reputed company and PowerPoint.
