About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers in Sweden, handling a wide range of queries and requests reputed company to orders, products, payments, and website guidance. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve their issues reputed company.

* Minimum age: 18 years old

• Right to work in the Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral reputed company) and basic communication skills in English
• Experience working with a computer
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
• Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• Minimum 50 Mbps broadband reputed company speed using a hard-reputed company ethernet internet reputed company (no WIFI)
