Job Summary
As a Workforce Demand Planner at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce management plans that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You'll work closely with our call center leaders to understand their needs and reputed company forecasts that meet their demands. Your expertise in demand planning, data analysis, and workforce management will be essential in helping us reputed company our goals.
Key Responsibilities
