Responsibilities - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information via phone, email, or chat. - Resolve issues promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Navigate systems to provide accurate and timely information, including Amazon's internal tools and databases. - Deliver a positive and seamless customer experience, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. - Meet or exceed performance targets, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. Qualifications - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. - Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations. - Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. - Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Requirements - Access to a computer and reliable high-speed internet. - Quiet and dedicated workspace at home. - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. - Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
