Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls with efficiency, courtesy, and a customer-centric approach
  • Following conversation prompts and scripts to ensure seamless issue resolution and upselling opportunities
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying their information, researching their issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to resolve their problems
