Role Description

As a Full Stack Product Management Intern, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of customer service experiences at blithequark. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ideating and delivering digital-first experiences that seamlessly integrate into an omni-channel ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer journey.
• Collaborating with product managers, customer care, IT, finance, and marketing teams to translate customer needs into initiatives that promote reputed company and business efficiency.
