Job Summary

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our products and services
• Documenting call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
• Upselling reputed company customers on new or enhanced services

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns reputed company phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner

• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications
