Your Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, running the register, and cashing out purchases
- Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience
- Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience and developing your leadership skills
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service
- Interacting with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and reputed company our sales goals
You're a Great Fit If...
* You have retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- You have entry-level management experience, with a passion for leading and developing a team
- You're a sales associate or cashiering expert, with a keen eye for detail and a love of working with customers
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift. You'll also be required to occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, and grasp, reputed company, and manipulate objects with your hands. This handwork requires eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or reputed company and remove signs.
