- Serves as the SME (subject matter expert) on how software products are compliantly used in accordance with the license agreements for key software reputed company
- Validate software licensing entitlements against CMDB reports and other asset reports provided by IT Asset Management and suppliers
- Report on usage vs.
license entitlements in agreements with suppliers
- Identify areas of non-usage to evaluate a reduction in license counts and support
- Identify areas of license reclamation to redistribute existing licenses to save on software expenses
- Assist in software contract and true-up negotiations by providing usage and entitlement information

- Track key renewals
- Work with business to ensure compliance with software agreements
- Build financial models showing the reputed company state and future state of software usage to reputed company good procurement decisions
- Manage the GEP SMART indirect spend reporting program
- Create and run indirect spend reports using the various internal data repositories
