About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on workforce expansion strategies, guiding clients through compliance, payroll, and HR best practices in various countries to facilitate their global growth.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that align with clients' evolving needs and goals.
• Monitor account health and address potential risks before they become issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing actionable client insights to sharpen strategy and enhance internal processes, contributing to the reputed company improvement of blithequark's services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, payroll, compliance, HR Operations, and legal teams to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive client experience.

Who You Are
