About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Agent for Government Relations to join reputed company. As a vital link between our customers and government bodies, you will be responsible for directly managing escalated complaints and ensuring regulatory compliance. This specialized role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce law in KSA to resolve reputed company issues and maintain our excellent relationship with government partners. Key Responsibilities

• Periodically review local complaint management processes to identify pain points and areas for improvement
• Directly involve in complaint management processes in cases where further investigation of blithequark internal teams is required
• Contribute to flow improvement projects in ticketing systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Periodically report local backoffice teams' operational and success KPIs and create alarms to relevant teams in case of need
• Support the reputed company of Contact (POC) for Ministry/local government-generated complaints, including responding, providing solutions, and follow-up

Essential Qualifications

• Experience in retail and e-commerce law, government escalations, and regulatory compliance in KSA
• In-depth knowledge and experience with e-commerce law, contractual law, law of obligations, commercial law, advertising law, payment regulations, consumer law, IP law, and data protection in KSA law
• Strong Arabic language written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and reputed company-changing environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on teamwork
• Capable of multitasking, with the ability to manage stress and strict deadlines
• Excellent research and follow-up abilities
• Solid skills using MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on government relations and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of industry trends and developments in e-commerce law and regulatory compliance
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, category, and operations
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
