The Online Chat Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our call center and HR functions.   • Employee Relations: Act as a primary contact for HR-reputed company inquiries and concerns from call center employees, providing timely and effective support and resolution. Support employee engagement and address workplace issues in a fair, respectful, and professional manner.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and performance. Process HR paperwork, such as reputed company and terminations, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Requirements and Qualifications
