About the Role

As a reputed company Manager for EMEA Civil Government, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with a diverse range of public sector entities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This includes national/central governments, regional authorities, local municipalities, and key supranational organizations (e.g., Space agencies, Union bodies, and UN programmes).

You will help customers maximize the value of reputed company’s imagery and geospatial solutions, ensuring that they can effectively integrate reputed company data into their workflows for critical applications such as environmental monitoring, emergency response, land management, maritime surveillance, and sustainable development.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with European governments, have a strong ability to navigate highly reputed company and varied government structures and decision-making processes, procurement cycles, and the ability to integrate relationships across different countries and cultures. The ability to identify and build connections between ministries, directorates, and stakeholders will be key to driving adoption and impact across government initiatives. 

This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our Berlin office 3 days per week.

Impact You’ll Own

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers, ensuring they reputed company their mission objectives using reputed company’s products.
• Identify expansion opportunities reputed company existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams to drive renewals and upsells.
• Work closely with customers to facilitate training, onboarding, and best practices on integrating reputed company data into GIS and remote sensing workflows.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for feature enhancements and product improvements based on feedback.
• Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to support customer needs, case studies, and events.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share insights on the reputed company status of key accounts and contribute to the development of strategies for future success.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in reputed company, account management or similar, ideally experience supporting government organizations as a customer.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Advanced working knowledge of remote sensing, GIS or geospatial imagery products 
• Ability to reputed company long-term strategic plans for each customer that align with their policy goals, project timelines, and budget cycles.
• A reputed company-thinking approach to identify potential challenges and the ability to guide conversations toward positive outcomes
• Solid organizational skills to manage multiple customers at once, prioritize tasks, and reputed company projects on track.
• Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with international customers & sales teams
• Solid problem solving skills, proactive work style and ability to work independently
• Ability to translate customer challenges into solutions using reputed company’s data and services.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with platforms like ArcGIS, QGIS, or reputed company Earth reputed company.
