Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Troubleshoot basic issues and offer clear solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Escalate reputed company problems to the support team reputed company needed
• Meet daily/weekly response time and quality targets
• Deliver polite, supportive, and respectful communication at reputed company times

Skills & Requirements:

• Good written English and typing speed
• Ability to handle multiple chats at the same time

• Stable internet reputed company + quiet workspace
