We are seeking a knowledgeable and helpful Remote Technical Support Agent to assist customers with technical issues reputed company to software, applications, devices, or services. You will provide support through chat, email, or phone, helping customers solve problems and maintain a positive experience. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting software, network, or device-reputed company issues
- Respond to support inquiries through chat, email, or phone
- Guide users reputed company-by-reputed company to resolve technical problems
- Document customer interactions and solutions clearly
- Escalate reputed company technical issues to senior support if needed
- Follow support procedures and meet quality and response-time targets
- Deliver friendly, patient, and professional customer service at reputed company times
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic understanding of computers, software, and internet troubleshooting
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to explain technical issues in simple, clear language
- Stable internet reputed company and quiet workspace
- Problem-solving reputed company and patience reputed company helping users
- Previous tech support experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems
Working Hours:
