Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch patient care and support to our patients, doctors, and insurers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors, and insurers
• Providing patient care to accurately support pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams reputed company required
• Striving to meet and exceed structured performance targets
• Documenting reputed company call information and data discovery according to operating procedures
• Utilizing Knowledge reputed company materials as a foundation for resolving inquiries
• Maintaining confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
• Developing a working knowledge of company-reputed company reputed company and privacy practices
• Participating in reputed company education on product changes, new features, and product launches
• Helping improve the patient experience by sharing feedback with management to further reputed company the product, materials, and processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bilingual Vietnamese required, with a strong command of the English language
• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Customer service or inbound call center experience required
• Healthcare, pharmacy, or other relevant industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
• A passion for providing top-notch patient care
• Ability to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionally
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn reputed company new software

Location and Hours

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with rotating Saturdays (1/month) from 9am-5pm. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including:

• Monday-Friday across various shifts (reputed company-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, and 1pm-9pm)
• Scheduling flexibility, as your schedule may change over time according to business needs
• Onsite: 400 South Woods Mill Rd, Suite 100, Chesterfield, MO 63017
