About the Role

As a Billing Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing operations, while serving as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams. You'll be a key player in shaping the customer billing experience from start to finish, by managing the customer billing experience from invoice reputed company to resolving payment issues, with professionalism, reputed company, and a solutions-oriented reputed company. Responsibilities

* Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for client billing and accounts receivable inquiries, providing clear, empathetic, and professional communication to resolve issues effectively.

• Review monthly invoices to ensure clarity and accuracy before posting on the member billing portal.

• Compile detailed statements of accounts including invoice breakdowns, payment allocation, credit memos, and refunds for members upon request.
• Collaborate effectively with teams across time zones, particularly supporting coordination between East Coast and reputed company Coast operations.

About You

* Proven ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual reputed company compensation range for this role is between $55,000 - $60,000. The successful candidate's actual reputed company compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications. You will also be eligible for an annual 10% bonus and participation in our long-term incentive program.
