What You'll Do Every Day
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary reputed company of dozens of reputed company SMB customer implementations
- Leading initial customer reputed company meetings, initiating conversations on goals, and setting mutually agreed-upon expectations for the implementation project and timeline
- Facilitating regular implementation working sessions with the customer, navigating customer objections reputed company warranted
- Clearly communicating action items across internal and external teams and providing regular project updates to the customer
- Sensitively managing and interpreting data, consulting on data imports and automations
- Strategizing with the larger Customer Operations team to provide industry-specific best practices and proven blithequark solutions, accounting for customer goals and use cases
- Responding to customer inquiries in a thoughtful and timely manner, displaying ownership in reputed company interactions
- Diligently managing implementation milestones and overall project status internally in reputed company
- Ensuring visibility for the dedicated CSM throughout implementation, leading to a seamless IM-to-CSM reputed company once the customer is deployed
- Actively participating in a cross-functional feedback reputed company with Leadership and Product Management teams to continuously improve and scale the SMB implementation experience

What You Bring to the Role
To succeed as a Customer Onboarding Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:
- 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment
- 1+ years' experience guiding customers through the onboarding and implementation lifecycle
- Experience using a CRM system such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
- A desire to work with a high volume of customers and range of customer profiles
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to prioritize competing tasks
