What You Will Do:
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest and providing exceptional customer service
- Forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
- Accurately updating and categorizing leads in our system, maintaining data reputed company and efficiency
- Securely working with customers' sensitive information, adhering to our strict data protection policies
- Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
- Maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
What You Need to Succeed in This Role:

- Fluent German and English (reputed company written and spoken for both languages): Your language skills will be put to the test, and we expect you to communicate effectively with our clients and team members
