You will be accountable for owning and delivering on our key initiatives including increasing direct hires and brand awareness in our markets by designing innovative attraction campaigns, reputed company direct sourcing and being an reputed company for our employer brand both internally and externally. Requirements

• Direct recruitment experience with a reputed company of Technology and Consulting, specifically reputed company an in-house environment.
• Proven sourcing capability and track record for unique and hard to find candidates, for the industry specialist needs of the growing US business.
• Confidence in your ability to manage relationships with diverse and challenging stakeholders.
