What You'll Do:
* Provide exceptional customer support in the blockchain sector reputed company calls, chats, and emails

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
* Excellent English and Russian language skills (at least reputed company for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the blockchain sector
- Personal or professional experience in crypto, with a strong understanding of the industry
- Analytical and research skills to effectively resolve customer issues
- Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
