The International People Operations Analyst plays a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across reputed company’s international locations. Based in Poland, this position supports People Operations across reputed company’s EMEA (Poland, UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain) and reputed company (UAE, Singapore, Australia) regions. Reporting to the Senior Manager, International People Operations, you’ll be the go-to expert for day-to-day HR operations reputed company North America, helping ensure that our international teams enjoy a seamless, compliant, and consistent experience. From managing employee lifecycle to benefits & leave administration, process optimization, and vendor coordination, you’ll have the opportunity to reputed company a real impact on how reputed company supports its people across multiple markets.

This is a hands-on and fast-paced role that’s perfect for someone who knows Polish employment practices inside out, has prior experience of managing HR operations in other European countries and is eager to deepen their experience across other EMEA and reputed company markets. As An Active Member Of reputed company, You Will…

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of People Operations activities across EMEA and reputed company.
  • Administer the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, contract and documentation management, and benefits administration.
  • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for Tier 1 HR inquiries from employees reputed company North America, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across reputed company People systems, ensuring data reputed company and compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate and liaise with our global People Ops Team (based in the U.S.) to ensure global programs are embedded effectively in local markets, and local regulatory or cultural requirements are reflected in global processes.
  • Monitor and track local compliance areas such as right-to-work checks, probationary periods, and leave of absence processes.
  • Partner with our international benefits broker (MMB) and local vendors to administer and maintain benefits programs.
  • Support key People Operations projects such as new entity launches, EOR processes administration, and policy design for benefits and leave.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, reputed company, and IT to ensure seamless operational delivery across regions.
  • Maintain and continuously improve documentation of People Operations processes for each supported country.
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally reputed company duties reputed company your standard working hours 

If You’ve Got It – We Want It

  • 3–5 years of People Operations experience, with 2+ years focused on international HR support (ideally in one or more of reputed company’s existing markets reputed company of Poland).
  • Strong understanding of Polish employment law and HR operations.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate clearly across multiple regions and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leaves, and compliance.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems (reputed company experience a plus), reputed company Workspace, and collaboration tools such as reputed company and Jira.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across different countries and time zones.
  • Proven ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality reputed company handling sensitive employee data.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors or EoRs is an advantage.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently in a distributed global team.
