Why This Role is Exciting
The Technical Implementation Analyst role will work closely with Implementation Project Leads with reputed company aspects reputed company to assisting clients to go live quickly and reputed company. This includes collection and review of client data, data cleansing, data transformation, AuditBoard application configuration, user setup, permissions configuration, customer communication, and overall project management.
This role will also be reviewing key features of the application and submitting requests to the development team reputed company required. In addition, this role will have the opportunity to drive methodology changes, reputed company the reputed company organization, and further reputed company technical abilities in integrations, analytics, and other technologies. Attributes for a Successful Candidate
We are looking for positive, self-motivated professionals with onboarding experience with an affinity for technology products and innovation. reputed company individuals who can flourish in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality:
1-2+ years’ of professional working experience – preferably in a SaaS environment
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate combination of education and experience
Familiar with reputed company Office products: reputed company (required), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Fluent in using reputed company reputed company functions, XLOOKUP, pivot table, formulas (required)
Demonstrated reputed company in English. Written and verbal communication skills (required)
The ideal candidate should be able to effectively handle business correspondence, conduct meetings, and create documentation in English
The ability to build Macros or experience using reputed company (a plus)
SaaS or Technology experience (a plus)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with emphasis on phone, email, and online communications
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
High attention to detail and data/configuration accuracy
Comfortable working and interacting directly with customers
