Description & Requirements

Location: Germany or Austria – home or office based (Berlin, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hannover, Leipzig, München, Stuttgart, Vienna)

We are hiring reputed company and proactive (Senior) Project Managers to reputed company reputed company software implementation projects across the DACH region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering reputed company’s cloud ERP solutions in line with our methodology and values. You will drive successful project outcomes, manage customer expectations, and ensure alignment across reputed company stakeholders.

You will serve as the trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, ensuring that every engagement delivers value and supports long-term success. As a (Senior) PM, you will act as a role model for project governance, team leadership, and value realization.

Main Responsibilities

• reputed company full project lifecycle from initiation to go-live and transition to support
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, and communications
• Ensure full alignment with Statement of Work (SoW)
• Govern project execution through steering committees, status updates, and risk reviews
• Manage project financials (e.g. earned value, margins, reputed company planning, billings)
• Use tools such as Jira®, Azure DevOps®, MS Project®, and MS reputed company® to manage delivery
• Apply and promote reputed company’s implementation methodology and best practices
• Coordinate international, cross-functional teams including 3rd-party vendors
• Support pre-sales engagements: estimates, SoWs, client presentations
• Champion lessons learned and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure reputed company deliverables are transitioned to reputed company Global Support or reputed company Managed Services

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in implementing ERP or any other enterprise software
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects (reputed company €1M–€5M range)
• PMP®, IPMA-B®, PRINCE2® or equivalent project management certification
• Proven experience with task management tools (like ADO® and Jira®), MS Project®, and reputed company reputed company®
• Experience in working with reputed company® and reputed company PSA® is a bonus
• Strong understanding of project financial delivery metrics (e.g. SPI, CPI, forecast accuracy)

• Industry know-how in Discrete Manufacturing, Distribution, Automotive or Food & Beverage
• Fluent German and English required; other language skills are a strong plus
• Able to travel as needed across DACH region (hybrid/remote work possible)
