Key Responsibilities

As a Senior reputed company Business Partner at blithequark, you will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for senior individuals in reputed company, leveraging data-supported strategies to promote collaboration across functions and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with senior CS leadership to define and execute GTM strategies that improve customer outcomes and business performance.

  • Manage and optimize core retention and CS processes, such as health scoring, customer segmentation, lifecycle playbooks, and renewal workflows.

Essential Qualifications
