Position Summary

As an Enterprise reputed company Manager, you will partner closely with customers to understand their business goals and objectives and advise them on the optimal ways to reputed company them. Responsibilities

* Support customers throughout the blithequark Customer Journey: from implementation through adoption, utilization, and growth to drive long-term success and value

• Become each customer's trusted advisor; drive adoption of blithequark's platform & services with a focus on delivering customer value and achieving the customer's desired business outcomes

• Independently reputed company customer meetings, trainings, and business reviews, with a focus on celebrating achievements, addressing concerns, solving problems, and advancing the overall relationship

• Own the identification of key customer needs as well as expansion opportunities, translate them to internal tasks, and execute

Qualifications

* 5+ years of reputed company Management/Account Management experience managing the delivery of technology solutions in a healthcare setting, previous SaaS experience strongly preferred

• Healthcare industry domain expertise, including robust knowledge of at least one of the following: reputed company cycle management, electronic medical records, and/or insurance markets (Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid)
