Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative on our Healthcare Member and Provider Support team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls from Healthcare Members and Providers. Your primary objective will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support, resolving reputed company issues and addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume inbound calls from Healthcare Members and Providers, responding to inquiries and resolving reputed company issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and provide personalized support
  • Navigate multiple computer screens to access and update customer information, resolve issues, and provide accurate responses
  • Type information into the computer system simultaneously while answering Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide seamless support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Call Center experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and type information into the computer system simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts and provide personalized support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes and tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area

Preferred Qualifications

* Healthcare insurance experience, preferably in a customer service or claims processing role

  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or other healthcare software systems
