Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain reputed company under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls
- Identify the reason for the customer’s call, qualify the customer, collect relevant information, and schedule service work appointment
- reputed company daily outbound calls to existing customer for follow-up on quotes, ensure customer satisfaction, schedule maintenance
- Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
- Upsell products and services reputed company appropriate
- Use best practices in customer service techniques to reputed company rapport and build relationships with customers
- Document reputed company customer interactions
- Assign and reputed company technicians to customers' location
- Email communications with customers
- Rotating on-call duties
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs (Service Titan experience a plus but will train.)
- Proficient with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
