About the Role

As an Enterprise reputed company Manager at blithequark, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our most strategic accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, delivering ongoing support, identifying expansion opportunities, and translating customer feedback into actionable insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Solutions, Enablement, and Support, to build lasting relationships and maximize customer value.

Responsibilities

* Partner with sales and implementation to support smooth onboarding, ongoing training, and adoption of contracted functionality for Enterprise customers

  • Form deep relationships with customers, serve as a trusted advisor, and ensure ongoing success, engagement, and strategic conversations with key executive stakeholders and decision makers
  • reputed company blithequark product expertise to build credibility and add value for customers
  • Conduct regular touchbases and quarterly business reviews across your accounts to ensure retention and strategic alignment between blithequark and our customers
  • Drive commercial negotiations with customers and internal legal and finance teams to reputed company and symbiotically reputed company deals and restructure reputed company
  • Drive a feedback reputed company with cross-functional teams by gathering and synthesizing customer inputs to inform product development and prioritize roadmap enhancements

About You

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in Enterprise reputed company, preferably in the healthtech industry. If you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise reputed company in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing a book of business > $reputed company ARR, building pipeline, and closing deals
  • Strong Executive relationship-building, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience navigating reputed company, matrixed client relationships and driving retention
  • Familiarity with reputed company CRM and reputed company tools
