About the Role

As a Customer Delivery reputed company at blithequark, you will play a central role in shaping what great customer delivery looks like, reporting directly to our CEO and working closely with our Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Data teams. You will be responsible for owning the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to rollout, adoption, and expansion, configuring reports, supporting data logic, and keeping multiple client workflows organized and on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and pilots: reputed company new client implementations end-to-end, from first setup to scaling across hundreds of reports.
• Configure reports: Tailor report structures, language, and logic to match each client's needs and goals.
• Understand client workflows deeply: Dive into each agency's reporting reputed company and processes, adapting blithequark's product accordingly.
• Project manage delivery: reputed company multiple onboarding timelines on track, managing stakeholders, blockers, and communication.
• Create self-serve materials: Build documentation and tooling that empowers clients to take ownership.

Your First Month

In your first month, you will:
