As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic team of part-time and full-time colleagues, committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Customer Communication: Engage with customers reputed company telephone, online chat, and email to provide support and resolve their queries.
* Platform Assistance: Assist customers with using our platform, offering best practices for scheduling and administration.
* Issue Analysis: Analyze and troubleshoot issues before escalating to our second line of technical support.

What You'll Bring with You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities:
