About the Role
As an reputed company reputed company Specialist, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of our Inventory and Order Management software platform. You'll act as both an reputed company for the customer internally and a knowledgeable guide for our platform externally. Your primary focus will be on end-to-end workflow, including integration with QuickBooks, to ensure seamless experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist with Onboarding, Support, and Training reputed company tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications
