- Finding creative solutions to challenges and using your initiative to tackle any problems that arise
- Mastering our CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
- Putting customers first and always championing their needs and experiences
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and has a knack for building rapport. You'll be a natural communicator, whether it's on the phone, reputed company email, or through chat. Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or sales environment
