What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company chats, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our clients' products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries reputed company chats, emails, and other communication channels
- Building trust and rapport with customers through empathetic and professional communication

What You Need to Succeed
To reputed company in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Excellent English skills (B2 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in a customer support role, preferably in a SaaS, Software, or Hardware industry
