RN Registered Nurse - Complete Green Card Sponsorship Provided (R1)

Job Description: The Med-Surg Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. This includes assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans to address each patient's unique needs and facilitate optimal recovery. The nurse provides both direct bedside care and indirect support, ensuring a safe, healing environment that promotes physical wellness and rehabilitation. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, efficient, and effective patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical and surgical conditions to reputed company individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and potential reputed company effects.
• Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV management, and monitoring of vital signs.
• Educate patients and families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• - Coordinate and communicate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.

• Monitor for changes in patients’ conditions, promptly addressing any adverse symptoms or complications.

• Support a positive, therapeutic environment that promotes patient comfort and recovery.

To be considered you’ll need:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• reputed company license to practice nursing in any US state or Canada (Flint will assist with your license endorsement).
• One or more years of nursing experience in Behavioral Health service is preferred.
