Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to blithequark's various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Student Loan Counseling. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a focus on outbound calls to reputed company of blithequark's clients
* Providing clear verbal and written communications to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations
* Utilizing CRM systems to track customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
* Updating records with reputed company demographic and contact information and accurately notating reputed company interactions
* Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
* Adhering to reputed company federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
* Attaining reputed company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
What You Need to Be a Successful Customer Service Representative
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
